Management Training

 Our main goal is to teach our management trainees every aspect and position within our company. Not only do we train them on the sales and custmomer service side, but also on all aspects of Human Resources, financials, leadership, management and working with our clients on a larger scale. 

Our focus through in this is to develop our trainees from a sales type of position into a management role at some point in the near future. That would potentially mean either working with us in the Philadelphia area to continue to help us grow with our current clients, or maybe bringing on a new client to run and manage. 

Another option is to lead an expansion by growing into a new market with a brand new client. The growth and expansion of our company is really the biggest goal that we have and we solely do that by promoting someone from within. 

The foundation of our business is third-party outsourced sales for top-tier clients in the telecommunications and clean energy industries. We work with larger companies and corporations by representing them in their face-to-face retail customer sales.

We provide several methods of learning with a combination of traditional classroom learning, skills-based and hands-on field training. Our team has not gone a quarter yet without earning industry-wide recognition in the nine years we have been in business. National recognition is something that we pride ourselves on, and it is an integral component of our award-winning company culture.
